𐙚 — order processing time may take up to 2-3 working days. we normally ship out onhand orders within a few days, but this may change due to unforeseen circumstances (health reasons, holidays, etc.). pre-order products will naturally take longer to ship, as they are made to order and may depend on availability of supplies. we greatly appreciate your patience as we prepare these for you ꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱ ෆ

𐙚 — as we make and pack all of our designs in our studio, please understand there may be minor inconsistencies/imperfections due to the nature of the medium or natural human error. we try our best to ensure the durability of our items (such as making our stickers waterproof and using stainless steel materials for our accessories), but please do take care when handling them as this will ultimately prolong their lifespan ♡

˚₊ ෆ ‧𓈒 for local orders, shipping will be via gogo express and we ship out three times a week. once shipped, please understand we are no longer in control of what may happen during transit and we will not be liable for any delays and damages during the delivery of your items. if permitted by the courier, we will provide tracking numbers when we can and we will notify you once your order has been shipped. estimated delivery time is 2-3 days within metro manila, and may take longer for provincial addresses. thank you so much for your patience! ♡
